Five PNAGKC delegates to this year’s PNAA National Convention came home with the much coveted 1st prize in the annual chapter challenge

They've done it again!

Five PNAGKC delegates to this year’s PNAA National Convention came home with the much-coveted 1st prize in the annual chapter challenge. They overcame a formidable challenge provided by runners up Illinois and Washington State delegates. According to Ernie Rosas, who headed the PNAA delegation, " Beating out all the other performances (25 in all) by the other represented states was not an easy task. From Broadway style performances to all out hilarious skits, they came real prepared to take away the title from us this year." As Helen Austria adds, "we not only captured their attention but captured their hearts as well." Other members of the delegation from the greater Kansas City area were Del Iloreta, Irma Labre Wright and Arvin Figueroa.

The winners took home a silver engraved plaque to be passed on every year to the winners of the annual chapter challenge. Ernie adds, "The winner every year gets to engrave their chapter name on the silver plaque." Other prizes taken home by the Greater Kansas City group includes $50 cash and a one-week time-share at Puerto Vallarta for 4 people. 2^nd place went to Illinois and 3^rd Place was Washington DC.
