I joined PNAGKC because: It is a wonderful opportunity to socialize,network
and brainstorm with
my peers and meet their families. It also makes me appreciate group
camaraderie
Thoughts about nursing: I love my job! If I didn’t, I would have quit and done
something else.
Nursing is a wonderful profession . And In this era of managed care, it
poses a great challenge in our
ability to perform as caring and competent caregivers. For me, nursing
includes the good old fashioned
TLC with reassuring words and touch to sense and calm the apprehension of
our patients, their families
and even our peers. This is our nursing Olympic torch and we must keep this
flame burning.
