Cora Zamora coaches a student from St. Pius School during a CPR class sponsored by PNAGKC

On March 18, l997, twenty nine students from St. Pius High School attended a CPR class at Trinity North Hospital. This is the second CPR class that the PNAGKC has coordinated with Trinity Hospital. This life saving course is offered to the junior and seniors students who takes Anatomy and Physiology class under Mr. Lentz.

The eager attendees listened to Becky Lyttle ‘s lecture on prudent living , signs and symptoms of a heart attack, and how to administer CPR on an adult, child and infant. Yollie Endaya, and I assisted them to get through their practical tests. All participants completed the course without trouble, thanks to the volunteers who made this community service endeavor another reality ; Cora Zamora -community service chairperson, Leila Busch-coordinator between St. Pious School and Trinity, Becky Lyttle -nurse educator of Health Midwest , Marilyn Moyo, Vicky Herrera, Beth Rosas and Sonia Tumanut.
