Dr. Balty Lotuaco  is the proud and deserving recipient  as the Civic Leader of the year. Nominated by Ernesto Rosa , Balty is the first Filipina  recipient of this prestigious award. The AACC gave out 3 awards for 2004 and some of the countries represented are: India, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore.
Thanks to all the help we get  from the PNAGKC, PMS, Rotary etc.. we are able to continue to  improve the quality of lives  of  the  poor  and the underprivileged . It is hard to believe but it is true!  Even $1 can make a difference and  $5 can save a life.   In our last  medical mission, it costs  $18.93 per patient. We delivered 35,000 lbs  of  medical supplies and equipments to the  hospital. Sometimes it is very difficult to go on, but with your help and support it inspires and motivates us to continue our mission of service to those who need it most. It is an honor for Balty to receive this award and it is more honorable to know that it was presented because of her  unselfish service she gives to the needy.
Thank you Ernie for his help in the nomination process . United we can achieve our goals; the ants can and have moved mountains.
