have to walk from our apartment to KU which is about two blocks away."

Their transition here in the US and in the Midwest has been lot easier because of the generosity, kindness and immeasurable support of our  nurses  at PNAGKC.  With deep appreciation and thanks  they say,  "
thank  you for helping us adjust to our new environment,  and helping us make  our apartment,
livable ."

Through all these challenges they always carry a warm, ready smile and upbeat spirit, welcoming it with open hearts and minds as part of their learning experience.

I really  admire  Daisy and Marifi   for their courage, and commitment to make their dreams, a reality. They  maintain a  firm  conviction  to meet and tackle head on  the hard and high demands of the US academic system to obtain their Masters Degree in Nursing  while working evenings to support themselves.  A truly remarkable undertaking.

Everyday we continue to live our dreams and assist others to reach theirs, may we continue to endure!
